New Material at Fotocopiadora

Dear students.

I have already left at fotocopiadora de Humanidades and Carpe Diem a copy of the video guide for the film you have to watch for next oral exam. I have also included an article by J. C. Wells “Whatever Happened to Received Pronunciation”. This article explores deeply the changes of RP that we dealt with last week. It’ll be also useful for the analysis of King George VI’s public speech that you have in the video guide.

The oral exam will include the discussion of all the points included in the video guide plus the material you recorded at the lab and the dialogues from Clusters practised in class. Please, read the video guide carefully and start working with the activities as soon as possible. If you happen to have any questions ask Claudia, Laura or me in class. See you

Ricardo
